- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Find a different H&R Block representative, if you feel H&R Block is your only option I strongly suggest a different office. You're guaranteed the lowest refund possible with these people, due to incompetence with this H&R representative we're being charged thousands of dollars of IRS penalties due to a mistake by management incompetence do not use this place. We have also had to pay another accountant an additional thousand dollars to fix the mistakes made it at this office, this Office refuses to except responsibility of sloppy bookwork which is what this all comes down to, they file the wrong paperwork then blames it on the client. The problem was that identification of an entity with a representative had the EIN paperwork in her hand which clearly identifies the business she filed the wrong forms and blames it on The client after we the client provided all the legal documents needed to file our returns properly management did it wrong then refused to fix the problem which in result Compounded additional fees with the IRS.
